Untuk tahun 2018, Data yang didapat dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bintan, setidaknya hingga bulan November sudah menyentuh 48.683 masyarakat yang ikut merasakan program berobat gratis tersebut.
” hingga bulan November 2018, sebanyak 48.683 masyarakat yang merasakan program berobat gratis menggunakan KTP Bintan ( Identitas Kependudukan ) di 15 Puskesmas yang ada di 10 Kecamatan Kabupaten Bintan ” ujar Kepala Bidang Yankes Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bintan dr. Royhan saat dihubungi, Rabu (5/12) pagi.
Diketahui juga bahwa sampai bulan November 2018, total angka kunjungan masyarakat yang berobat di 15 puskesmas yang ada di 10 Kecamatan Kabupaten Bintan menyentuh angka 181,738 kunjungan. Dengan rincian, pasien berobat menggunakan Kartu BPJS sebanyak 108.088 pasien, menggunakan program Berobat Gratis (KTP Bintan) sebanyak 48.683 pasien serta menggunakan jalur Umum sebanyak 24.967 pasien.
” Dari total 181,738 angka kunjungan Pasien di 15 Puskesmas yang ada di 10 Kecamatan tersebut, 48.683 angka kunjungan pasien menggunakan program berobat gratis menggunakan KTP Bintan ” ujarnya menjelaskan.
Sementara itu, Bupati Bintan H Apri Sujadi, S.Sos menyatakan bahwa dirinya merasa senang karena Program Berobat Gratis di Puskesmas menyasar kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Bintan yang kurang mampu dan atau belum tercover kartu BPJS. Hal ini juga bertujuan meringankan beban masyarakat di bidang kesehatan. Program berobat gratis di Puskesmas ini juga merupakan salah satu program unggulan Pemkab Bintan, dimana masyarakat bisa berobat tanpa harus merogoh kocek sedikitpun. Pasien yang berobat menggunakan program ini juga memiliki keunggulan bila berobat dari puskesmas kemudian harus dirujuk ke RSUD, maka pemerintah daerah juga akan memfasilitasi untuk pengurusan Kartu BPJS hingga mendapatkan perawatan gratis rawat inap di kelas tiga.
