Try To Be Creative (TTC) sebagai penyelenggara adalah merupakan sebuah komunitas grup kaum muda profesional, cerdas, mandiri, dan kreatif, yang juga menjadi komunitas grup yang menggagas, menginisiasi, dan merealisasikan pembuatan Film Tuo Nifaro. Perihal keberadaan dan kegiatan TTC serta sekilas garis besar dan secara umum Film Tuo Nifaro diuraikan oleh Ketua TTC Enuari Hulu dalam Kata Sambutan.
Materi penyelenggaraan acara kegiatan Nobar pemutaran perdana Film Tuo Nifaro disampaikan melalui Laporan Ketua Panitia Markus Hulu. Kapolres AKBP Deni Kurniawan menyampaikan Kata Sambutan mewakili jajaran Forkopimda se-Kepni, setelah Firman Jaya Daeli (Pembina TTC) menyampaikan Kata Sambutan.
Acara kegiatan yang dihadiri dan ditonton ribuan massa (warga masyarakat) ini, dihadiri juga Suasana Dachi (mantan Anggota DPR-RI), Christian Zebua (mantan Pangdam Cendrawasih) dan Ibu. Menurut Firman Jaya Daeli, Film Tuo Nifaro yang disutradarai Desbrama Jaya (Bram) Zega dan didukung sejumlah aktor dan aktris berbakat dan potensial ini, memiliki dan mempunyai pesan moral yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai kebajikan, keteladanan, kegotongroyongan, kebersamaan, keutuhan, kerajinan, kedisplinan, ketekunan, keekonomian, ketobatan, kemajuan, dan lain-lain.
Sistem nilai yang diwarnai dengan sejumlah nilai-nilai moral ini akan dapat diketahui dan diapresiasi selanjutnya ketika sudah menonton beberapa kali Film Tuo Nifaro ini secara lengkap dan utuh terlebih dahulu.
