DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Tanjungpinang – Komandan Pangkalan Utama Angkatan Laut (Danlantamal) IV Tanjungpinang Laksamana Pertama TNI R. Eko Suyatno, S.E., M.M., memimpin jalannya Serah Terima Jabatan (Sertijab) dua jabatan Komandan Lanal (Danlanal) jajaran Lantamal IV. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Lapanga Apel Markas Komando (Mako) Lantamal IV Jalan Yos Sudarso No.1 Batu Hitam, Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau (Kepri). Rabu (31/10).
Dua jabatan Danlanal yang diserahterimakan yakni Danlanal Dabo Singkep dari Letkol Laut (P) Agus Yudho Kristianto, M.tr., Hanla., kepada Letkol Laut (P) Arif Rahman, S.E., M.tr., Hanla dan Danlanal Tarempa dari Letkol Laut (T) Arie Cahyo Nugroho kepada Letkol Laut (P) Nur Rochmad, S.T., M.tr., Hanla, M.Si.
Danlantamal IV pada kesempatan tersebut antara lain mengatakan, Sertijab yang dilaksanakan hari ini pada hakikatnya merupakan mata rantai pembinaan personel dalam suatu organisasi, dalam rangka mendinamisasikan organisasi di jajaran TNI Angkatan Laut agar lebih mampu menjawab tantangan tugas ke depan. Hal ini tentunya dimaksud agar senantiasa responsive dan adaptif terhadap setiap perubahan lingkungan yang terjadi.
Lebih lanjut Danlantamal IV menyampaikan apabila dicermati tugas kewajiban dan fungsi Lanal Dabo Singkep dan Lanal Tarempa, serta dihadapkan pada dinamika perkembangan lingkungan strategis yang berubah serba cepat, maka dapatlah dikatakan bahwa tugas-tugas tersebut tidaklah ringan untuk itu dituntut mapu menjadi peneggak utama organisasi cermat membaca perekembangan situasi, dapat membina dan menggerakkan segenap potensi yang ada, baik personel, matrial serta potensi lainnya sehigga mampu meberikan hasil yang optimal.
Saat pelaksanaan Sertijab tersebut juga dilaksanakan pengambilan sumpah secara Agama Islam serta penandatangan pakta integritas kepada pejabat baru Danlanal Dabo Singkep Letkol Laut (P) Arif Rahman, S.E., M.tr., Hanla dan Danlanal Tarempa Letkol Laut (P) Nur Rochmad, S.T., M.tr., Hanla, M.Si., sebagai pejabat yang baru.
Letkol Laut (P) Arif Rahman, S.E., M.tr., Hanla., sebelum menjabat Danlanal Dabo Singkep berdinas di Staf Perencanaan dan Anggaran Mabesal dan Letkol Laut (P) Nur Rochmad, S.T., M.tr., Hanla, M.Si., sebelum menjabat Danlanal Tarempa berdinas di Koarmada I sebagai Komandan KRI. Sementara itu Letkol Laut (P) Agus Yudho Kristianto, M.tr., Hanla., akan menduduki jabatan sebagai Wakil Komandan (Wadan) Satuan Komando Pasukan Katak (Satkopaska) Koarmada I Jakarta dan Letkol Laut (T) Arie Cahyo Nugroho akan menjabat Wadan Satkopaska Koarmada II Surabaya.
Hadir dalam Sertijab tersebut antara lain Karumkital Dr. Midiyato Suratani, Para Asisten Danlantamal IV, Kakuwil dan Dansatrol Lantamal IV, Komandan Wing Udara 2, Danlanud TPI, Kepala Dinas dan Kepala Satuan Kerja serta Komandan yang berada di Lantamal IV. ( Herman )
