DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Tanjungpinang – Pelindo 1 Tanjungpinang Meraih penghargaan predikat Utama dari kementrian perhubungan RI pada 17 september yang lalu tahun 2018.
Setelah berhasil meraih penghargaan tersebut, PT Pelindo I Cabang Tanjungpinang terus melakukan pembenahan di Pelabuhan Sri Bintan Pura (SBP).
Penilaian Pelayanan Prima Publik yang diadakan oleh Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia dilakukan secara independent oleh Staf Ahli Kepresidenan Republik Indonesia, Ombudsman, Jurnalis, Guru Besar Universitas Indonesia, Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia dan juga masyarakat, Ujar Polasa Manager Teknik Pelindo 1 Tanjungpinang di Ruang Kerjanya di Pelabuhan Pelindo selasa,( 30/10).
Penghargaan pelayanan prima tersebut, yang diadakan oleh Kementrian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia diberikan kepada unit pelayanan publik di lingkungan perhubungan yang dinilai berprestasi.
Polasa Menjelaskan, Penghargaan tersebut merupakan upaya untuk mendorong perbaikan penyelenggaraan pelayanan masyarakat dengan memberikan stimulasi perbaikan pelayanan dalam bentuk pemberian penghargaan kepada unit penyelenggara pelayanan yang berhasil memperoleh predikat yang baik.
“Kata Polasa, Kami satu – satunya yang terlegalisasi oleh OJK. Karena kita yang pertama menggunakan E Pass,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Staf Bisnis Pelindo 1 Tanjungpinang, Real Fulltmer Harianja mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah mendukung terlaksananya perbaikan di pelabuhan SBP ini. “Kita tidak akan bisa tanpa adanya dukungan semua pihak,” sebutnya.
