Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bintan Naharudin mengutarakan bahwa pihaknya sudah bergerak turun ke lokasi kejadian. Beberapa bantuan perlengkapan rumah tangga juga sudah diberikan kepada korban.
