DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Tanjungpinang – Masih dalam rangkaian Hari Jadi ke-17 Kota Otonom Tanjungpinang, berdasarkan Surat Edaran Walikota Tanjungpinang Nomor 003.3/1086/1.1.01/2018, akan menggelar Pawai Budaya dan Mobil Hias. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada 27 Oktober mendatang.
Pelaksanaan tersebut juga telah diutarakan oleh Walikota Tanjungpinang, H. Syahrul, S.Pd dalam Rapat OPD beberapa waktu lalu. Pawai Budaya dan Mobil Hias akan melibatkan banyak pihak seperti unsur pendidikan, unsur pemerintah, paguyuban dan unsur masyarakat.
Untuk unsur pendidikan, akan diikuti oleh peserta didik TK, SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK/MA baik negeri maupun swasta. Dengan persyaratan, untuk peserta dari TK jumlah peserta 25 orang per sekolah, SD/MI sebanyak 50 orang per sekolah, SMP/MTs sebanyak 75 orang per sekolah dan SMA/SMK/MA sebanyak 75 orang per sekolah.
Sedangkan untuk unsur pemerintah dan masyarakat maksimal 150 orang. Siswa, pelajar dan pemerintahan dapat menampilkan kostum keragaman budaya Indonesia. Untuk paguyuban diharapkan untuk menampilkan kostum daerah asal atau ciri khas paguyuban.
Setiap peserta pawai budaya tersebut diwajibkan untuk menyediakan sinopsis singkat untuk dibacakan pada saat melintasi panggung kehormatan di Gedung Gonggong dan disediakan waktu untuk atraksi atau display selama 2 menit.
Pawai budaya akan dilaksanakan pada pukul 07.00, start di Jalan Merdeka dan finish di Gedung Gonggong.
Untuk pawai Mobil Hias diikuti oleh OPD Kota Tanjungpinang, Provinsi Kepri, unsur FKPD, Instansi vertikal, BUMN/BUMD, Perbankan, Kecamatan dan Kelurahan. Dengan kriteria, ketinggian mobil hias yaitu 3,5 meter dan lebar 2,5 meter.
Mobil hias juga mengangkat tema tentang budaya yang berhubungan dengan tupoksi. Pawai mobil hias akan dilaksanakan pada pukul 07.00, start di Terminal Sungai Carang, Jl. D.I Panjaitan, Jl. Gatot Subroto, Jl. MT Haryono, Jl. Brigjen Katamso, Jl. Bakar Batu, Jl. Ketapang, Jl. Merdeka, Jl. Hang Tuah dan finish di Gedung Gonggong.
