DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Tanjungpinang – Wakil Walikota Tanjungpinang Hj. Rahma, S.IP buka secara resmi launching pasar warisan di Bukit Kursi, Pulau Penyengat yang di selenggarakan oleh GENPI (Generasi Pesona Indonesia) yang di dukung penuh oleh Kementerian Pariwisata, Minggu (14/10).
Pasar Warisan ini menawarkan berbagai kuliner Nusantara, berbagai cenderamata dan permainan rakyat serta atraksi wisata. Pasar Warisan ini juga akan dilaksanakan setiap akhir minggu. Pasar Warisan ini juga memiliki keunikan yaitu mengharuskan setiap orang yang berkunjung membeli dengan uang yang diberi nama ‘keton’ untuk memberikan ciri khas dan keunikan untuk daya tarik masyarakat.
Meski kondisi hujan, tidak menyurutkan semangat Wakil Walikota Tanjungpinang, Hj. Rahma, S.IP untuk berkunjung dari stand ke stand dan juga menyempatkan untuk mencicipi beraneka ragam kuliner yang tersedia. Dalam sambutannya, Rahma mengharapkan Pasar Warisan ini dapat menjadi destinasi wisata baru dan wisata digital. “Pasar wisata ini diharapkan dapat menjadi destinasi wisata digital yang menjadi tujuan wisata lokal dan luar Kota Tanjungpinang yang berkunjung ke Pulau Penyengat dapat langsung berkunjung kepasar warisan di bukit kursi ini.” Ungkapnya.
Apa lagi saat ini, sambung Rahma, Penyengat sedang dalam tahap menjadi cagar budaya warisan dunia. “Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang sedang dalam persiapan juga untuk menjadikan Pulau Penyengat sebagai Kota Pusaka. Dalam hal ini, kami terus berusaha dengan mengikuti tahapannya yang sudah di mulai sehingga kedepan Pulau Penyengat dapat lebih baik lagi.” Sambungnya.
Dengan adanya GENPI ini, Rahma berterimakasih dan berharap pariwisata di Kota Tanjungpinang dapat maju dan berkembang dengan baik. “GENPI saya ucapkan terima kasih, semoga kerja sama ini terus berlanjut dan tetap bersinergi serta berinovasi untuk memajukan pariwisata di Kota Tanjungpinang.”
Acara ini dilanjutkan dengan pemukulan kompang yang di lakukan oleh Wakil Walikota Tanjungpinang yang di dampingi oleh tamu undangan untuk menandakan bahwa pasar warisan ini telah dibuka secara resmi. ( red/Herman )
