Penandatanganan kesepakatan Ranperda Perubahan APBD 2018 dilakukan Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bintan H Nesar Ahmad, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bintan Trijono, Bupati Bintan H Apri Sujadi, S.Sos serta disaksikan Sekda Kabupaten Bintan Drs Adi Prihantara MM, Kepala DPKAD Mohd Setioso, anggota dewan dan pimpinan OPD lainnya.
Dalam sidang paripurna tersebut disepakati total belanja APBD P 2018 hingga sampai akhir tahun 2018 mencapai Rp 1,185 Triliun Rupiah. Dari total belanja itu, belanja tidak langsung sebesar Rp 527,819 Milyar Rupiah dan belanja langsung menjadi Rp 657,668 Milyar Rupiah. Sementara, proyeksi pendapatan sebesar Rp 1,011 Triliun Rupiah dimana selisih antara belanja dengan pendapatan daerah sekitar Rp 174,143 Milyar Rupiah dengan Silpa tahun anggaran sebelumnya mencapai Rp 176,143 Milyar Rupiah.
