Acara serah terima jabatan (sertijab) kedua perwira menengah (Pamen) ini berlangsung di Aula Makodam IX/Udayana dan dipimpin langsung Pangdam IX/Udayana Mayjen TNI Benny Susianto, SIP., bersamaan dengan sertijab sejumlah pejabat penting lainnya di lingkungan Kodam IX/Udayana, antara lain Irdam IX/Udayana, Kapok Sahli Pangdam, Pa Sahli Pangdam Bidang Ekonomi, Pa Sahli Pangdam Bidang Manajemen dan Sishanneg, Pa Sahli Bidang OMSP, Pa Sahli Bidang OMP, Kapendam, Kabintal, Kazidam, Kababinminvetcaddam, Kakumdam, dan Katopdam IX/Udayana.
Secara khusus pejabat baru Kapendam IX/Udayana Letkol Jonny Harianto Gulo yang merupakan putra asli Nias, Sumatera Utara (Sumut), alumni Akademi Militer (Akmil 1992). Letkol Jonny Harianto Gulo pernah menjabat Pjs Dandenma Kodam IX/Udayana.
Sebelumnya menjabat Dandim 1605/Belu di Perbatasan RI-RDTL (2011), Kasiter Korem 161/Wira Sakti (2012). Waka Jasdam IX/Udayana (2015.). Juga pernah menjalani penugasan ke luar negeri dan bergabung sebagai Milstaff Pasukan Pemeliharaan Perdamaian Dunia di Lebanon (2016-2017).
Di awal Tahun 2018 diberikan kepercayaan menjabat Kasrem163/Wira Satya. Setelah kurun waktu enam bulan Letkol Jonny mendapatkan promosi jabatan sebagai Kapendam IX/Udayana. ( red )
