Detikexpose.com, Tanjungpinang – Lembaga Pertahanan Nasional (Lemhanas) RI lakukan kunjungan Studi Strategis Dalam Negeri (SSDN) Program Pendidikan Reguler Angkatan (PPRA) LVII Tahun 2018 di Kota Tanjungpinang. Pertemuan tersebut dilaksanakan di Aula Kantor Walikota Tanjungpinang, Senggarang, Selasa (17/7).
Penjabat Walikota Tanjungpinang, Drs. Raja Ariza, MM, pada kesempatan ini, mengucapkan selamat datang kepada seluruh rombongan di Kota Tanjungpinang dan berharap kunjungan ini dapat memberikan masukan untuk membangun Kota Tanjungpinang yang lebih baik lagi. “Kami berharap kunjungan ke Kota Tanjungpinang ini dapat bermanfaat bagi peserta dan Pemko Tanjungpinang pada khususnya dalam memberikan kritik, saran dan sinergitas untuk kemajuan daerah Kota Tanjungpinang.” Ujarnya.
Ariza juga menjelaskan dalam sambutannya Kota Tanjungpinang yang juga merupakan ibukota Provinsi Kepulauan Riau memiliki keistimewaan dan karakteristik yang patut dibanggakan. “Tanjungpinang ini sangat strategis dan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dari daerah lainnya di Kepri. mulai dari historis, geografis, perkembangan ekonomi, serta pertahanan keamanan.” Ungkap Ariza.
Ariza juga menambahkan terkait pelaksanaan Pilwako di Kota Tanjungpinang, ia memastikan pelaksanaannya berjalan lancar, damai dan aman. Hal tersebut tercapai atas komunikasi serta kerja sama yang dibina bersama TNI-POLRI, para paslon, KPU, serta semua elemen masyarakat. “Awalnya Kota Tanjungpinang termasuk daerah rawan nomor dua dalam pelaksanaan Pilkada. Namun atas kerja sama, komunikasi dan sinergitas antara Pemko, TNI-POLRI, KPU, Paslon dan unsur masyarakat, sehingga pelaksanaan Pilkada berjalan lancar, aman dan damai serta bebas konflik. Hal tersebut menjadikan Kota Tanjungpinang sebagai daerah percontohan bagi daerah-daerah lainnya.” Paparnya.
Pimpinan Rombongan Peserta Lemhanas RI, Marsda TNI Tri Budi Satriyo, S.IP, M.M, memberikan apresiasi kepada jajaran Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang yang menerima rombongan dalam rangka melaksanakan studi strategis di Kota Tanjungpinang. “Bagi kami, Tanjungpinang sangat mengagumkan bagi kami. Penyambutan yang luar biasa dan sangat istimewa. Semoga kami dapat memperoleh data dan informasi kepada Pemko Tanjungpinang dan akan kami bawa pulang ke Lemhanas.” Ungkapnya.
Kunjungan Studi Strategis Dalam Negeri (SSDN) Program Pendidikan Reguler Angkatan (PPRA) LVII Lemhanas RI ini membawa sebanyak 25 personil, yang terdiri dari TNI-AD 2 orang, TNI-AL 2 orang, TNI-AL 6 orang, Polri 5 orang dan juga ada yang berasal dari ASN, Kemendagri, Partai, dan 1 orang mancanegara dari Zimbabwe.
Kegiatan ini, juga dilakukan pemaparan dari Wakil Ketua 1 DPRD Kota Tanjungpinang, Ade Angga, S.IP, MM yang membahas terkait alokasi anggaran serta efektivitas dan sinergitas Pemko Tanjungpinang dan DPRD Kota Tanjungpinang dalam penyusunan APBD dan dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan dari Rektor UMRAH, Prof. Syafsir Akhlus, M.Sc yang memaparkan terkait proses pelaksanaan pendidikan di UMRAH serta wawasan kebangsaan.
Diakhir pertemuan, dilakukan penyerahan cenderamata oleh Pj Walikota Tanjungpinang, Wakil Ketua 1 DPRD Kota Tanjungpinang dan Rektor UMRAH kepada pimpinan rombongan secara bergantian.
