Riono, M.Si, didampingi Kepala Bappelitbang Drs. Surjadi, Mt dan Kepala Dinas PUPR Hendri, ST.
Acara tersebut dihari 97 kabupaten/kota se -Indonesia yang memiliki komitmen yang tinggi untuk pelaksanaan sanitasi berbasis masyarakat (Sanimas) dan TPS 3R di daerahnya.
Wakil walikota Denpasar. I gusti Ngurahrai mengatakan sebagai kepala daerah merasakan sanitasi dan persampahan merupakan masalah mendesak yang perlu segera diatasi. Berbagai penyakit dapat terjadi juga akibat dampak buruk sanitasi dan pengelolaan persampahan yg buruk. Melalui program TPS 3R dan sanimas merupakan solusi.
Direktur jendral cipta karya kementrian PUPR Ir. Dodi Krispatmady,M .En . E mengatakan dengan ruang terbuka hijau yang bersih dan terpelihara dapat menurunkan tingkat emosi dan membuat kita menjadi orang yang lebih ramah. Dirjen Cipta karya sangat mendukung upaya teesebut serta mendorong terwujudnya akses air minum yang aman untuk masyarakat. ” Sanimas dan TPS 3R setelah dibangun masyarakat tidak bisa dibiar begitu saja, tapi perlu terus dibantu pengembangannya terutama untuk mata rantai penjualannya. Ia mencontohkan setelah plastik dipisah dan kompos sudah dibuat harus ada penyalurannya untuk penjualan, sehingga barang yang sudah diproduksi punya nilai jual. “Di beberapa daerah kompos yang sudah diproduksi di TPS dijual dan dibeli pemerintah kota/ kabupaten untuk taman kota, sistem teesebut juga dapat dicontoh daerah lain di Indonesia, tutur Dodi”.
Pada kesempatan tersebut juga dilakukan Perjanjian Kerjasama Sanimas dan TPS 3R antara pemerintah pusat dengan pemerintah daerah untuk sama-sama berkomitmen sehingga dapat saling berkoordinasi dan bersinergi serta pembangunan berkelanjutan. Ia juga berharap insfrastruktur bisa untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat.
Sementara itu Riono disela-sela acara menyatakan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang sangat mendukung program Sanimas dan TPS 3R. ” kita juga sama-sama berkomitmen bagaimana sanitasi di daerah ini baik dan TPS 3R juga dapat berjalan dengan baik mulai dari proses pemilahan, pembuatan hingga pemasaran sehingga memiliki nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat. Ia juga berharap agar masyarakat juga saling mendukung dan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia yang semata-mata untuk memenuhi kebutihan masyarakat. Riono menambahkan untuk Kota Tanjungpinang program Sanimas di Kampung Bugis melalui dana APBN 2018, sedangkan TPS 3R akan dilaksanakan di Tanjung unggat pada tahun depan ( Red )
