Kedatangan Wagub Lemhannas RI ke Tanjungpinang tersebut dalam rangka mendampingi rombongan Peserta Studi Strategis Dalam Negeri PPRA Angkatan LVII Lemhannas RI. Peserta yang berjumlah 33 orang tersebut rencananya akan melakukan kegiatan di Tanjungpinang selama tiga hari mulai tanggal 16 sampa dengan 18 Juli 2018.
Rencanannya Peserta Studi Strategis Dalam Negeri PPRA Angkatan LVII Lemhannas RI akan melakukan kunjungan ke beberapa tempat diantaranya ke Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau (Kepri), Intansi Militer yang berada di Tanjungpinang (Korem 033/WP, Lantamal IV dan Lanud RHF) yang akan dilaksanakan di Lantamal IV, dan Pemerintah Kota Tanjungpinang serta ke tempat strategis yang berada di Lagoi, Bitan, Kepri.
Selain Danlantamal IV, rombongan Peserta Studi Strategis Dalam Negeri PPRA Angkatan LVII Lemhannas RI juga disambut, Kapolda Kepri Irjen Pol Drs. H. Didid Widjanardi S.H., Danrem 033/WP Brigjen TNI Gabriel Lema, S.Sos, Danlanud RHF Kolonel Pnb M. Dadan Gunawan, S.T., Asisten I Provinsi Kepri, Ketua DPRD Kepri, Kajari Kepri dan, Pejabat Pemprov Kepri, Pejabat Lantamal IV dan Ketua Korcab IV DJ I. ( Herman )
