Detikexpose.com, Tanjungpinang – Dinas Tenaga Kerja Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro dengan diadakannya kegiatan peningkatan kewirausahaan bagi usaha mikro yang bertempat dan UMKM melibatkan pelaku usaha mikro di Kota Tanjungpinang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkembangkan jiwa usahanya, meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menciptakan lapangan kerja, Senin (7/5).
Sekda Kota Tanjungpinang, Drs. Riono, M.Si menyampaikan, UMKM merupakan aset yang harus dipertahankan, sehingga pengusaha kecil bisa tetap bertahan meskipun krisis ekonomi sedang melanda. “Dalam hal ini, UMKM memiliki fungsi sebagai penyangga ekonomi, maka dengan tumbuh sumburnya UMKM bisa menambah angka tenaga kerja.” Ungkapnya.
Riono kembali melanjutkan usaha kecil harus didorong untuk menjadi besar. Selama ini kendala yang dihadapi para pelaku usaha kecil adalah permasalahan internal seperti masalah modal, SDM, hukum dan akuntabilitas. “Yang sudah berkembang berkembang coba berinovasi dan tetap bersemangat meski kondisi perekonomian kita sedang lesu. Sebenarnya melalui program CSR, para pelaku usaha bisa memanfaatkan modal bank melalui kredit usaha rakyat (KUR).” jelasnya.
Di samping itu juga Sekda Riono menegaskan dari sisi SDM, sebuah usaha harus memiliki sistem yang baik dan dikelola secara manajemen yang sesuai. Untuk pengemasan harus dibuat secara menarik, murah, produk label, sertifikat halal, teruji kesehatan dan kandungan gizi serta kemasan yang memiliki ciri khas. Itu dapat membuat konsumen tertarik. Dari sisi hukum usaha kita minimal memiliki izin produksi industri rumah tangga (PIRT). “Kalau mau usaha maju hal-hal tersebut perlu dicermati. Berbicara akuntabilitas masih manajemen tukang sate, mulai dari beli bahan baku, memasak dan menjualnya selalu dikerjakan sendiri. Laporan keuangan harus tercatat dengan baik.”Selain masalah internal ada juga masalah eksternal yang dihadapi seperti iklim usaha, pemasokan bahan baku, hubungan pelaku usaha dengan pemerintah, infrastruktur kurang memadai. “Di TCC Mall saja Pemko minta ada UMKM Corner dengan produk dan kemasan yang bagus. Begitu pula di Pelabuhan, Bandara dan objek-objek wisata lainnya. Bagi yang belum silakan didaftarkan, kalau ada yang tertarik ingin mengikat perjanjian harus konsisten dan serius. UMKM harus mengikuti teknologi, buat sistem online dan pelayanan secara mobile banking.” Bebernya.( Red)
