Napitupulu, S.I.K., M.H., kepada wartawan menjelaskan, tersangka yang akrab dengan nama panggilan Syukur ini, sebelumnya sangat ditakuti oleh Masyarakat Desa Hiliasi Kecamatan Toma Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Tersangka dilaporkan oleh korban yang bernama Perasaan Zebua Alias Ama Tasya ke Mapolres, Selasa (27/03) kemarin, “Dalam kasus tindak pidana penganiayaan, Saat itu korban mendapat telepon dari pekerja Tower PLN yang memberitahu bahwa tersangka P-Z bersama adik nya U-Z (status DPO) datang ke lokasi pembangunan Tower PLN di Desa Hilimagari, Kecamatan Toma, Tersangka P-Z bersama adik nya U-Z datang membawa parang dan mengancam para pekerja untuk tidak melanjutkan pembangunan Tower PLN di Desa tersebut.
“Korban yang bekerja sebagai Pengawas Pembangunan Tower milik PT. PLN tersebut, “Datang ke lokasi untuk menanyakan perihal apa yang terjadi dan kenapa pelaku mengancam para pekerja untuk tidak melanjutkan pekerjaan itu. Tersangka U-Z (DPO) memberitahu bahwa pihak PLN masih mempunyai hutang kepada abang nya P-Z dan harus dilunaskan terlebih dahulu jika ingin melanjutkan pembangunan tower ini. “Tidak ingin memperkeruh suasana, korban bersama para pekerja yang ketakutan meninggalkan lokasi dan hendak menuju ke Teluk Dalam.
“Namun di tengah perjalanan, mobil truk milik PT. PLN di hadang oleh kedua tersangka tepat di depan rumah mereka. Korban yang mencoba melakukan mediasi malah dipukul dibagian kepala oleh kedua tersangka dan didorong hingga jatuh dari sepeda motor nya. Merasa tak sanggup melawan, Perasaan Zebua bersama para pekerja lari menyelamatkan diri dan meninggalkan mobil truk milik PT. PLN yang akhirnya di sandera oleh kedua pelaku. Korban kemudian melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Mapolres Nias Selatan.
“Petugas Kepolisian yang menerima laporan, Gerak cepat langsung melakukan penyelidikan ke lokasi kejadian dan berhasil membawa mobil truk milik PT. PLN yang sebelumnya di sandera oleh kedua pelaku yang telah melarikan diri. Polisi akhirnya menangkap tersangka Pelurusan Zamili Alias Ama Yurika Alias Syukur pada hari Kamis (29/03) tidak jauh dari rumah nya di Desa Hiliasi Kecamatan Toma Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Sementara adik nya U-Z berhasil melarikan diri.( Red )
