Lanjut Karyawan ini yang tidak mau dipublikasikan Namnya, kami sangat kecewa kepada pimpinan karna dari dulu tak pernah mengikuti standard UMK kami seapa di belakangnya..?sehingga tidak takut dengan peraturan pemerintah. Kami mengharap Gaji kami agar di bayarkan sesuain dengan UMK Kabupaten bintan Tahun 2019 ini, jangan dipotong potong atau di kurangi, kami melihat lancar penjualan minyak tanpa ada masalah.
“Harapan kami sebagai karyawan agar pemerintah segera memerintahkan pimpianan SPBU KM 16 untuk mengikuti peraturan pemerintah terkait UMK 2019 yang telah di tetapkan, Kalau tak sanggup gaji karyawan tutup saja SPBUnya, “Ungkap Karyawan dengan Nada kesal karna bukan saja Tahun 2019 ini di seprti itu, tetapi dari tahun sebelumnya.

Melalu Was-ap Pribadinya, jumat ( 8-3) mengatakan, “Untuk perusahaan yg belum memenuhi kewajiban membayar Upah sesuai UMK kabupaten Bintan Tahun 2019 ini dan jika perusahaan tersebut juga tidak menjalani mekanisme pengupahan yang sudah di atur dalam peraturan.
“Maka perusahaan tersebut dapat di beri sanksi sesuai undang undang 13 tahan 2003, tentang ketenagakerjaan pasal 185, sanksi yang bisa diberikan adalah sanksi pidana penjara atau sankis denda.
“Dan Pegawai pengawas ketengakerjaan melakakun pengawasan dalam hal pelaksanaan ketentuan ketenagakerjaan dan dapat menindak, bila ada pelanggaran dalam hal pembayaran upah karyawan di bawah umk, “Jelsnya.
