DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Pekan Baru- Firman Jaya Daeli (mantan Anggota Komisi Politik Dan Hukum DPR-RI) menjadi Narasumber (Pembicara) dalam sebuah Dialog Politik Hukum Indonesia, di Pekanbaru Riau, Jumat, 1 Februari 2019. Dialog yang bertemakan “Pembangunan Hukum Berbasis Keadilan Dan Kemanusiaan Dalam Sistem Pancasila” ini diselenggarakan Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Hukum Indonesia.
Dialog ini merupakan salah satu dari rangkaian kegiatan Firman Jaya Daeli di Riau. Ada sejumlah kegiatan lain berkaitan dengan penataan dan penguatan kelembagaan hukum. Dalam sebuah pertemuan informal, Firman Jaya Daeli yang juga mantan salah seorang Tim Perumus UU Kejaksaan, berdiskusi juga dengan Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Provinsi Riau Uung Abdul Syakur.
Institusi Kejaksaan yang merupakan sebuah instansi kenegaraan di bidang kelembagaan hukum pada dasarnya memiliki posisi penting dan peran strategis dalam agenda Pembangunan Hukum Nasional Indonesia. Kejaksaan juga bertugas dan bertanggungjawab dengan fungsi dan kewenangan yang melekat untuk menggerakkan dan meningkatkan proses percepatan dan perluasan pelayanan publik dan perekonomian nasional.
Salah satu rangkaian kegiatan lain adalah pertemuan informal dengan Wakil Kepala Kepolisian Daerah (Wakapolda) Riau Brigjen Pol. Wahyu Widada, di Pekanbaru Riau. Brigjen Pol. Wahyu Widada adalah lulusan terbaik Akpol angkatan tahun 1991 dan peraih penghargaan Adhi Makayasa.
Firman Jaya Daeli yang pernah diundang beberapa kali menjadi Penceramah (Dosen Tamu) di Sekolah Staf Dan Pimpinan Menengah (Sespimmen) Polri dan Sekolah Staf Dan Pimpinan Tinggi (Sespimti) Polri, mendiskusikan sejumlah hal strategis dengan Brigjen Wahyu Widada. Materi diskusi informal bertalian dan berintikan pada agenda kelanjutan dan kesinambungan reformasi Kepolisian dalam rangka Polri Yang Profesional, Moderen, Terpercaya (ProMoTer).
Pemikiran dan pelaksanaan ProMoTer merupakan sebuah sikap dan tekad Kapolri bersama jajaran Kepolisian untuk mengorganisasikan dan memastikan kebangkitan sebuah peradaban hukum dan keadilan melalui agenda dasar dan kebijakan strategis pembangunan hukum yang berbasis kemanusiaan dan keadilan.
