Dalam pertemuan ini, turut dihadiri oleh Ketua FTZ Kawasan Tanjungpinang, Dra. Den Yealta beserta beberapa anggota serta Asisten 2 Pemko Tanjungpinang, H. Irwan, S.Sos, MM dan Kabag Ekonomi, DR. Muhammad Amin.
Syahrul menyambut baik atas pertemuan tersebut dan mengapresiasi atas progres yang telah dicapai oleh FTZ Kawasan Tanjungpinang. “Saya menyambut baik pertemuan ini dan berharap adanya sinergi antara pemerintah dan FTZ lebih baik lagi, saya juga mengapresiasi atas progres yang telah dicapai untuk mendatangkan investor di Kota Tanjungpinang,” ungkap Syahrul.
Selain itu, Syahrul juga berharap investor yang akan melakukan investasi di Kota Tanjungpinang dapat lebih bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar. Ia juga mendukung atas usaha FTZ untuk menghadirkan para investor dari negara mana saja.
Sementara itu, Ketua FTZ Kawasan Tanjungpinang menyampaikan sampai saat ini sudah ada sekitar 15 investor yang ingin melakukan investasi di Kota Tanjungpinang dan akan diatur waktunya untuk melakukan silaturahmi dan pertemuan dengan Walikota Tanjungpinang. “15 investor ini akan melakukan pertemuan sederhana dengan Walikota Tanjungpinang terkait akan melakukan investasi di Kota Tanjungpinang, kita tinggal atur waktu dan segera akan disampaikan kepada para investor tersebut untuk datang ke Tanjungpinang, ini menandakan Kota Tanjungpinang mulai dilirik dan diminati oleh para investor,” jelas Den.
Den Yealta juga memaparkan, sudah ada beberapa perkembangan terbaru dari dunia investasi. Saat ini sudah launching pabrik rokok di Dompak, selain itu pihaknya telah melakukan penjajakan dengan pengusaha yang akan berinvestasi untuk mendirikan industri garam di Pulau Dompak. “Menurut investor tersebut, Dompak masih memiliki sumber daya air yang masih bagus dan baik kadar garamnya”, ungkapnya.
Kemudian Den menambahkan bahwa juga akan ada investasi pesawat capung yang saat ini juga sedang dilakukan penjajakan. “Saya berharap kedepannya akan lebih banyak lagi investor yang akan melakukan investasi di Kota Tanjungpinang”, tutup Den.( Redaksi )
