DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Jakarta– Polres Tanjungpinang di bawah naungan Polda Kepulauan Riau ( Kepri ) mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai, Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik dengan predikat Baik (B). Predikat tersebut diraih berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelayanan publik di lingkungan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (POLRI) yang dilakukan Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) pada 201 (dua ratus satu) Polres/ta/tabes tahun 2018.
Penyerahan penghargaan dilakukan oleh Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Komjen Pol. Syafruddin kepada Polresta / Polres yg mendapat penilaian Prima dan Sangat Baik bertempat di hotel Shangrilla Jakarta, Selasa (11/12/2018) yang mana pada kegiatan tersebut juga dihadiri Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementrian PANRB Prof. Dr. Diah Natalisa, MBA dan diikuti seluruh Kapolresta / Kapolres se-Indonesia.
Kapolres Tanjungpinang AKBP Ucok Lasdin Silalahi, S.I.K, MH mengucap syukur atas diraihnya penghargaan ini. Keberhasilan ini merupakan usaha dan kerja keras segenap Kesatuan dan Personil Polres Tanjungpinang demi memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat, didukung oleh kritik, saran dan masukan yg membangun dari masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang sebagai penerima layanan demi memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Ke depan akan semakin ditingkatkan dan menciptakan inovasi-inovasi yang lebih baik demi mewujudkan pelayanan prima.
Adapun sasaran evaluasi pelayanan publik Polres adalah pelayanan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dan pelayanan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM).
Ada 6 (enam) aspek yang dinilai, yakni kebijakan pelayanan, profesionalitas SDM, inovasi, sarana prasarana, Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik (SIPP), serta konsultasi dan pengaduan.
Terdapat pula 6 (enam) prinsip yang dinilai dilingkup Polri yaitu keadilan, partisipasi, akuntabilitas, transparansi, berdaya guna, dan aksesibilitas.( Redaksi )
