Mantan Tim Perumus UU Polri dan Anggota DPR-RI Firman Jaya Daeli menyampaikan Kata Sambutan dalam acara kegiatan Penyambutan Kapolda Sumut Irjen Pol. Agus Andrianto, Ketua PD Bhayangkari Sumut Evi Agus (Istri Kapolda), Wakil Ketua PD Bbayangkari Sumut Tasya Mardiaz (Istri Wakil Kapolda), sejumlah Pejabat Utama Polda Sumut, dan rombongan.
Penyambutan yang berlangsung di Pendopo, Gusit, Kepni (depan Lapangan Merdeka), Jumat, 9 November 2018 ini, diselenggarakan secara adat istiadat kebudayaan, yang juga diisi dan dimaknai dengan atraksi penampilan beberapa bentuk dan jenis adat seni budaya.
Pimpinan dan jajaran Polri setempat melalui Kapolres AKBP Deni Kurniawan secara khusus mengundang Firman Jaya Daeli sebagai tokoh masyarakat, mantan Tim Perumus UU Polri Di DPR-RI dan Anggota DPR-RI, untuk datang menghadiri dan menyampaikan Kata Sambutan.
Datang hadir ratusan tamu dan undangan yang mengikuti secara seksama seluruh rangkaian acara kegiatan terutama Kata Sambutan Dan Pengarahan Kapolda Irjen Pol. Agus Andrianto. Turut menghadiri dan menyambut Kedatangan Kapolda beserta rombongan, antara lain : para Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah Kabupaten dan Kota Se-Kepni beserta jajaran eksekutif daerah, Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten dan Kota Se-Kepni, Pimpinan dan perwakilan TNI, Kejaksaan, Kehakiman setempat, kalangan institusi/instansi eksekutif vertikal, BUMN, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, agama, pendidikan, kebudayaan, keolahragaan, Pimpinan dan perwakilan Perguruan Tinggi, organisasi Tim Penggerak PKK, Bhayangkari.
