PT. Esco Membangun Gedung Serbaguna dan Rumah Inap miliknya di Lobam Desa Kampungbugis, Kelurahan Tanjung uban Utara, Bintan Utara.
Kapala Satpol PP Kabupaten Bintan Insan Amin, mengatakan Kepada Detiexpose.com melalui sambungan Telepon selulernya, Rabu ( 7-11).
“Pembangunan Proyek gudang dan maupun rumah inap milik PT.ESCO tersebut tidak memiliki Ijin mendirikan Bangunan ( IMB ) yang mereka miliki hanya sebatas surat keterangan dari RT Setempat, Oleh sebab itu kita melakukan penghentian sementara proyek ini, agar mereka segera melengkapi ijin sesuai dengan Aturan yang ada, “Jelas Insan Amin.
Insan Amin, yang di kenal Dekat Dengan Insan Pers, Menjelaskan seharusnya aturan yang berlaku sebelum mendirikan Bangunan permanen seperti ini, “Harus ada ijin dulu sebelum mendirikan bangunannya, jangan semena mena, ikutilah aturan yang ada, pemerintah kabupaten Bintan mendukung setiap pembangunan yang memenuhi peraturan yang ada.
“Insan Amin, menjelakan Info pertama dari tim patroli rutin bidang Trantibum, kemudian rakor dengang bidang Penegakan perda, yg berhak menghentikan sementara karna punya anggota penyidik pegawai negeri sipil, (PPNS), sanksinya kita suruh Urus
IMB ke PTSP, karena ada retribusinya, tugas satpol salah satu tim meningkatkan PAD, Kabupaten Bintan”tegasnya. ( Herman )
