Selain Danlantamal IV dalam kesempatan tersebut Kasal juga menyematkan Tanda Kehormatan Bintang Jalasena Pratama kepada 18 Perwira Tinggi (Pati) Bintang Dua (Laksamana Muda) TNI Angkatan Laut dan Tanda Kehormatan Bintang Jalasena Nararya kepada 4 orang Pati Bintang Satu (Laksamana Pertama).
