DETIKEXPOSE.COM, Bintan– Mengingat semakin maraknya kenakalan pada remaja, pelajar, dan anak putus sekolah serta ASN yang mangkir dan nongrong di kedai kopi saat jam kerja Satpol PP Kabupaten Bintan kembali melakukan razia guna memberikan situasi dan kondisi yang selalu aman dan Kondusif di kecamatan Bintan Timur, Rabu (16/10) ungkap Insan.
Operasi di pimpin langsung oleh kasat Pol PP Kabupaten Bintan Insan Amin yang didampingi Ali Bazar selaku Kabid Penegakan Peraturan Daerah, Tabrani Selaku Kabid Trantibum, Syukroni Kabid Linmas, Miswandi selaku Kasi Tibum, Sukiyadi selaku kasi Pengawasan sekaligus PPNS, Irwan Lapi selaku Kasi Satlinmas, serta 76 Personil Satpol PP Kab Bintan, Kepala DP3 KB Kabupaten Bintan, Sekretaris, Kabid. Pembinaan dan Penilaian Kinerja BKPPD Kab. Bintan, wakapolsek Bintan Utara Beserta anggota, Anggota Pemuda Pancasila.
Ali Bazar selaku Kabid penegakan Peraturan Daerah mengatakan “Razia tersebut mengacu pada :
1. Perda no 5 th 2011 tentang Retribusi Perizinan tertentu;
2. Perda no 6 th 2011 tentang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Minuman Beralkohol;
3. Perda no 2 th 2016 Tentang Ketertiban Umum; dan
4. Perbub no 66 th 2014 tentang Jam Malam Pelajar.”
Yang menjadi target dan sasaran dari operasi kali ini adalah, tempat fasilitas umum, dengan sasaran wilayah dibagi menjadi tiga regu dan tiga titik sasaran, regu I menyisir wilayah taman Kota Kijang, kijang City Walk, pasar Inpres dan waduk PDAM kijang. Regu II menyisir wilayah kantin kampung jati 13, pasar barek motor dan bukit panglong, sedangkan Regu III menysir wilayah kantin luar sekolah SMKN 2 Sei Lekop, serta kedai kopi disekitaran area dan wilayah SMPN 3 Bintan.
“Operasi di mulai Pukul 09.00Wib. Sampai dengan pukul 03.00 Wib. Dari hasil operasi yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Bintan Timur didapati 8 orang pelajar yang sedang bolos sekolah dan 1 orang pegawai ASN yang mangkir di kedai kopi selanjutnya para pelajar dan ASN yang terjaring dibawa ke Aula Kantor Camat untuk di data dan diberikan arahan Oleh PPNS, Dinas Sosial dan DP3KB, para pelajar diminta untuk menghubungi para Orang tua untuk di jemput dan di berikan arahan. Ungkap insan
Insan juga berharap kejadian seperti ini tidak terulang kembali, dan meminta para orang tua dan guru agar selalu mengawasi para pelajar karena merekalah penerus generasi bintan, maka perlu dilakukan pengawasan dan perhatian khusus agar terciptanya kabupaten bintan yang selalu gemilang. Sementara untuk ASN Insan sangat mengapresiasi karena sudah minim ASN yang mangkir di Kedai Kopi, semoga ini bukan kareka ada kebocoran berita Operasi. Tambahnya. ( red/herman )
