Hal yang sama di sampaikan Marleny Manatar, SE.,M.Si sebagai narasumber dalam acara pemaparan materi tentang analisis jabatan ini kepada seluruh peserta, “Ananlisis jabatan” (ajab) menurutnya, “Bahwa materi tentang analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja bukan hal yang baru lagi tetapi mari kita koreksi dan evaluasi jabatan kita, karena analisis jabatan satu hal yang sangat penting buat semua.
Ajab menjadi satu dasar penting untuk menyusun evaluasi jabatan, dan semuanya tidak bias melakukan evaluasi jabatan jikalau ajabnya belum selesai, atau belum yakin dengan isi ajab masing-masing bapak ibu, jangan pernah berharap kelas jabatan semua bisa aman.
