Richad Pasaribu MSc mengatakan Kepada wartawan Usai melakukan pendaftaran sebagai Calon Anggota DPD RI persiapan yang kita lakukan dalam upaya meraih simpatisan masyarakat tentu kita lakukan pendekatan pendekatan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. “Menurut Richad Pasaribu ada beberapa program yang akan kita sampaikan kepada Warga masyarakat saat ini seperti, “Pemberdayaan Potensi Kepri tentang maritim, perikanan, pelabuhan, Pariwisata agar masyarakat kepri dapat menikmatinya dan sejahtera dan masih Banyak Potensi Kepri yang belum tersentuh selama ini dengan Baik dan ini adalah kesempatan yang Baik. oleh karna itu semoga kami nantinya dapat terpilah menjadi Anggota DPD RI dan ini program pertama saya yang akan saya lakukan sebagai Anggota DPD RI jelasnya. ” DR Richad Pasari MSc menambahkan bahwa pemilih kita yang telah menyampaikan Dukungannya berbagai Suku, Paguyuban serta organisasi dan Maupun marga Suku yang ada di Kepri ini Jelas Richad Pasaribu.
