Lomba tersebut dilaksanakan di Aula Politeknik Kesehatan Kota Tanjungpinang, Senin (23/4).
Penjabat Walikota Tanjungpinang, Drs. Raja Ariza, MM membuka secara resmi Lomba Kreasi Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa Sekolah Dasar se-Kota Tanjungpinang. Dalam sambutannya, Ariza menyampaikan salah satu indikator PHBS adalah mencuci tangan pakai sabun. “Tanpa kita sadari, tangan kita merupakan perantara dari berbagai bakteri dan kuman yang masuk kedalam tubuh kita. Untuk itu kita harus mencuci tangan memakai sabun secara benar.” Ungkapnya.
Kembali disampaikan oleh Ariza, lomba ini bukan hanya sekedar mencari juara, tapi pentingnya makna dalam perilaku sehat dalam keseharian. “Saya berharap lomba ini dapat dijadikan momentum untuk mewujudkan kebiasaan anak-anak agar dapat menghasilkan generasi yang sehat dan kuat.” Paparnya.
Pada akhir acara dilanjutkan dengan perlombaan yang berlangsung sangat meriah. Tampak peserta lomba berantusias dan semangat dalam mengikuti lomba cuci tangan pakai sabun tersebut. Acara ini turut dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang, Ketua TP PKK Kota Tanjungpinang, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tanjungpinang, Kepala SD se-Kota Tanjungpinang, Kepala Puskesmas dan para peserta lomba( Herman)
