Detikexpose.com, Kepri– Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi kepulauan riau(Kepri) mendukung penuh pelaksanaan peringati Hari Tuberkulosis sedunia yang jatuh Pada 24 Maret setiap tahun, di rancang untuk membangun kesadran masyarakat bahwa TBC sampai saat ini masih menjadiepedemi di dunia.di Indonesia Tuberkulosis merupakan penyebaban kematian nomor satu di antara penyakit manular lainnya.
Peringatan HTBS tahun 2018 ini di maksudkan untuk meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat dan pemangku kebijakan dalam mendukung program pengendalian TBCsertamenempatkan TBC , sebagai isu utama di semua sector yang ada. Selain itu, rangakaian kegiatan yang di laksanakan juga sebagai upaya penyebarluasan informasi TBC Kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepedulian terkait denganpencegahan penularan TBC yang di mulai dari diri sendiri dan keluarga. Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kepri Tjetjep Yusdiana, Melalui Irmansyah Kabid Pecegahan dan pengendalian penyakit , Mengatakan Pelaksanaan peringatan hari Tubertulosis ini sedunia tahun 201 ini dapat di jadikan sebagai momentum, di mana kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya TBC Meningkat dan dan di lakukan melalui aksi geraka” TEMUKAN TBC OBATI SAMPAI SEMBUH (TOSS TBC) yang merupakan kegiatan menemuan secara aktuf dan massif sekali gus mendorong pasien TBC untuk memeriksa diri dan menjalankan pengobatan hingga tuntas .
Irmansyah Menjelaskan Sejalan dengan gerakan masyarakat sehat( Germas) melalui program Indonesia sehat, melalui pendekatan keluarga( PIS-PK), Indonesia mengambil Tema” peringatan HTBS tahun 2018 ini yaitu “ PEDULI TBC, INDONESIA SEHAT” dengan aksi : temukan upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian tidak dapat di lakukan, oleh sector kesehatan semata, tetapi perlu komitmen multisektoral karena permasalahan terbesarnya justru masalah nonteknis .
Beberapa aitem Tujuan meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat untuk berperan dalam upaya program pencegahan dan pengendalian TBC. Meningkatkan TBC sebagai isu utama di semua sector di setiap tingkatan. Memperkuat komitmen dan kepemilikan semua pihak untuk berperan dalam upaya program pencegahan dan pengendalian .
Melibatkan semua fasilitas layanan kesehatan dalam memberikan layanan TBC dengan startegi DOTS. Mendorong semua mitra TBC dan kelompok masyarakat untuk senantiasa melakukan upaya-upaya baru yang inovatifdalam program pencegahan dan pengendalian . melibatkan orang terdampak TBC ( Mantan pasien) dalam mendukung programpengendalian TBC Tersebut.
Ada beberapa sasaran yang perlu di lakukan di antaranya, pemimpin/pemangku kebijakan / pengambilan keputusan yaitu Gubernur, Bupati/Walikota,Camat,DPR, DPRD Dan lembaga yang lain seperti lembaga Donor/penyandang dana, dunia usaha (Swasta)seperti donor,CSR pengusaha swasta , filantropi dan sebagainya.
Lintas sector yang terkait dengan pengendalian TBC, antara lain kemetrian Koordinator Bidang pembangunan manusia dan kebudayaan (Kemenko PMK). Swasta serta Tokoh masyarakat lainnya.
Peduli TBC adalah ajakan kepada semua pihak baik untuk ikut peduli,berkomitmen dan maupun turut berperan aktif dalam pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan pengendalin TBC Ini.sehingga masyarakat Indonesia sehat untuk mewujutkan masyarakat bebas dari TBC yang pada akhirnya sesuai dengan tujuan, pembangunan kesejahteraan yaitu Indonesia sehat. Penyakit menular ini agar segera di cegah melalui bila Batuk gunakan masker, pentingnya eduksi tentang pencegahan penularan penyakit menular seperti TBC salah satunya,Himbauan pemakaian masker bila ada orang yang batuk baik yang sudah berobat, dan maupun yang belum ( Herman)
