BINTAN-detikexpose.com- Pemerintah Kabupaten Bintan mulai Menerapakan para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dikenakan absensi sidik jari (finger print). Cara ini dinilai efektif meningkatkan kedisiplinan para ASN.
Absensi sidik jari tertuang dalam surat edaran Bupati Kabupaten Bintan Apri sujadi Nomer. 800/KD/300 tentang Penegakan Disiplin dan Kewajiban Mematuhi Jam Kerja bagi seluh ASN di Lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Bintan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau (Kepri).
Dalam surat edaran, terdapat poin yang mengatur jam kerja 37,5 jam atau 37 jam 30 menit selama 5 hari kerja.
Dan bagi pegawai ASN yang tidak melaksanakan jam kerja juga wajib melampirkan bukti tertulis berupa Surat Perintah Tugas, surat cuti, surat sakit dan atau surat persetujuan dari kepala bagian/pimpinan.
Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKP2) Bintan Irma Annisa mengatakan, nantinya hasil perekaman sidik jari absensi ASN tersebut akan dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk evaluasi kinerja tidak saja bagi ASN namun juga non ASN.
Hal ini di lakukan Menurutnya agar dapat menekan angka Kebolosan dan keluar kantor sebelum habis jam kerja dan semoga cara ini lebih efektif kedepan( Herman)
